Kumar named Booth School of Business Dean for second term

After five years leading the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, Sunil Kumar (PhD '96) has been reappointed for a second term as its dean. Over the past five years, Kumar has expanded student scholarships, established the university's Social Enterprise Initiative and the Harry L. Davis Center for Leadership, and strengthened alumni support and fundraising. 

President Robert J. Zimmer and Provost Eric D. Isaacs said in a statement that Kumar "has demonstrated a commitment to the success of Booth’s faculty individually and as a whole, and to the success of Booth students and alumni in Chicago and around the globe.”
