Each semester students will be provided two opportunities to attend group advisement meetings. One meeting will be held a day or two before or after the beginning of each semester. The second meeting will take place up to one week before the start of registration time for the following semester. Professors should not be contacted directly by students for course planning purposes. For inquiries of faculty beyond these meeting times, students should submit an email to the ECE MENG POD ADVISING email address, and your questions will be forwarded by the Academic Advisor to assigned ECE professors in each Area of Focus. After receiving the e-mail, the professor will answer the email inquiry directly. All communication with faculty regarding advisement will be initiated by the appropriate ECE faculty member.
