Samsung Technology Track Scholarships

Established 2023

The Samsung Technology Track Scholarships support undergraduate students pursuing coursework in semiconductor engineering. The scholarships are open to Grainger College of Engineering students from Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, and Physics.

Applications will be solicited from second-year students each February, with an anticipated 50 scholarships per year.

These scholarships are part of the Samsung Semiconductor Technology Program, a collaboration with Samsung to enhance the education program in semiconductor engineering at the University of Illinois.
