Nick and Katherine Holonyak, Jr. Rising Senior Scholarship

The scholarship supports undergraduate students in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Recipients should be rising seniors and US citizens or permanent residents. Preference will be given to James Scholars and to students interested in pursuing graduate school with an interest in semiconductors and/or optoelectronics.
