Using basic natural language processing, machine learning, and several
open-source frameworks, Goldman Sachs designed and built a bot that
can analyze conversational input from users. From there, it can direct a
user to an open issue, open a new issue, automatically respond to the
question, and be trained in real time if it fails to understand an inquiry.
Come learn about the architecture and functionality of the chat they built to automate tech support requests from different business lines.
