Abstract:
It is said the next industrial revolution will be caused by the internet of things (IoT). Large cooperation have dedicated lots of time and money into creating new products with that are able to connect to the internet and collect data, but what happens to all the non-connected "dumb" legacy equipment in the field that is working and will last for years? Most expensive IoT platforms forget about the older objects and assume eventually everything will just be replaced. Atomation has created a platform that is affordable and will allow businesses to scale across all objects, even ones as simple as a wooden pallet or utility pole. It is essential for to give businesses only the necessary and meaningful data through Edge Computing. There are the basic reading that work for many use cases such as vibration, temperature, and humidity, and there are additional sensors and calculations that can be tailored to a company's needs. Atomation created a platform that gives companies data they have never had before, with easy to understand dashboards and a cloud that can engage with all of their devices.

Bio:
Guy Weitzman, Atomation’s CEO and co-founder, learned the skills of an entrepreneur during his 12 years serving in the intelligence technology and operations in the Israel Intelligence Forces. Atomation’s end-to-end Internet of Things (IoT) platform offers complete flexibility and robust data; it can be integrated into a company’s system within weeks. Powered by a team of experienced developers, Atomation serves companies in a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, utilities, power, energy and agriculture. Founded in 2014 by Guy Weitzman (CEO) and Eran Keshet (CTO), Atomation is headquartered in St. Louis with its Research & Development center in Tel Aviv, Israel.
