Linda Reinhard is the VP and Market Leader for the Energy and Buildings group at Penton. She is passionate about promoting the use of new technology to improve peoples’ lives.  Through industry events and communications, Linda’s team is accelerating the transformation of the Utility business model from a cost based model to an eco-system model that optimizes the delivery and consumption of energy to the benefit of all. Her Energy and Buildings brands include The Energy Times, Transmission and Distribution World and Electrical Construction and Maintenance.  Prior to Penton, Linda was the GM of NOKIA China (formerly NAVTEQ), overseeing the development of the first navigable map of China and  navigation  application on a phone. She spent 10 years with Motorola in the cellular infrastructure and semiconductor business units laying the foundation for CDMA technology in China. Linda graduated from University of Illinois in 1987 with a BSEE and joined Hewlett-Packard. She received her MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management in 1991.
